活动简介 Event Introduction
卅五周年庆，是为庆祝以及纪念马大学华文学会成立三十五周年而举办的庆典。马大华文学会走入第三十五个年头，途中经历了停办、复办、冻结等危机，在一次次困境中，会员们秉持着不灭的信念，以及在社会人士的帮助下，携手度过风雨。时至今日，马大华文学会已有逾六百名会员，七个活动小组以及三大特别活动。回归初心，卅五周年庆将以“卅哺五实”为主题，以一系列的慈善活动，致力帮助罕见疾病群体，在黑暗中为他们点燃一缕光。除此之外，筹委会将编辑及出版卅五周年庆会刊，以记载即将消逝的会史，把最美的时光捕捉在文字之中。卅五周年庆作为本年度马大华文学会的重点活动，备受会员和外界人士的瞩目。暌违五年，卅五周年庆将以全新的面貌呈现于全体会员及社会人士前，让会员感怀母会给予的栽培，也鼓励社会人士和我们一同随手行善。
The 35th Anniversary Celebration of Persatuan Bahasa Cina Universiti Malaya, is an event held to celebrate and reminisce the establishment of Persatuan Bahasa Cina Universiti Malaya (PBCUM) . Throughout these years , PBCUM has gone through different challenges and difficulties, to what it is today. As in year 2020, PBCUM has more than 600 members , 7 event units and 3 special events . The rise and glory of PBCUM depends greatly on the support and assistance from the society. As the adage goes ‘ to give is more blessed than to receive’ , the theme of The 35th Anniversary Celebration of PBCUM will be ‘Adhesion and Cohesion’ in which a series of charitable activities will be carried out throughout the event , aiming to help those in need, and also as an initiative of PBCUM to return what it has been receiving to the society.

主题意义: 卅哺五实
卅哺
哺，意为反哺，即回馈之意。卅哺指回馈予三大群体，即母会、社会以及马大校内其他学生团体。一哺，母会成立至今，提供了不少学习平台予会员，谨借卅五周年庆，感念母会栽培。二哺，母会的发展少不了社会人士的支持与关注，卅五周年庆旨在提升社会对罕见疾病的认知，并对罕见疾病群体伸出援手，实践取之社会，用之社会。三哺，作为“时代的眼睛，社会的良心”，我们将联同校内其他学生团体，传播社会意识，履行社会责任。
五实
五实，指的是扎实、务实、踏实、诚实及华实。扎实，意指稳固学会内部，提升会员之间的凝聚力。务实，意即严谨处事，秉持实事求是的态度。踏实，指的是在行善的路上一步一脚印，内心坦荡，传播正能量。诚实，意指维持学会在外界眼中的公信力，并提高办事透明度。华实，乃假音字“花实”，意即发扬中华文化，使之开花结果，也带有“华丽而实在”之意。
Meaning of the Theme : Adhesion and Cohesion
Adhesion and cohesion are the basic features of water . Such features allow the water to travel from the roots to the leave of the plant via the stem.
The adhesive feature allows the water to be attracted to the wall of the stem. In the context of The 35th Anniversary Celebration of PBCUM, adhesion carries the meaning in which PBCUM is engaged to the society by carrying out community services and collaborating with societal institutions in order to reach our helping hands to the rare disease community.
The cohesive feature allows the water molecules to bond with each other , forging a strength to travel through the stem. In the context of the event , cohesion carries the meaning in which the members of PBCUM form strong bonds among each other , forging a great strength in raising PBCUM to a greater height .
The features of adhesion and cohesion are the basis cultivating the growth of the plants on earth. Such feature symbolizes the spirits of reciprocity to the society and unity among the members as upheld by PBCUM are what sustaining its development .
In addition, the color of blue is the theme color of this event , and it symbolizes the color of water . Water , being the universal solvent , purifies and dissolves all stains and dirt , symbolizing the spirit of tolerance.

•参赛者将以罕见病患者期待的世界为主题，拍摄并上传照片至活动专页。
•首五位获得点赞数及留言最多的照片拍摄者将获得奖励。
The World Anticipated the Hopeless – Photography Competition
15 December 2020 – 31 December 2020
•Participants are required to post an image on the event page which displays the world anticipated by a patient suffering from rare diseases.
•The top five images which receive most ‘Like’ and ‘Comment’ will be awarded.
罕见疾病讲座会

•筹委会将邀请罕见疾病专家讲解罕见疾病，以提升大众对罕见疾病的了解。

写信比赛

•参赛者将把欲表达予罕见病患者的讯息写于信上，并上传至活动专页，以表达对罕见病患者的关心，并传播正能量。
A Word for You, My Dear Friend – Letter Writing Competition
21 February 2021- 21 March 2021
•Participants are required to write and post a letter on the event page that contains the regards and messages which they wish to convey to those suffering from rare diseases.
慈善歌唱比赛
2021年3月15日 – 2021年3月31日
•此活动旨在把卅五周年庆推广至不同年龄层，包括年长者以及儿童，每位参赛者只需根据指定主题进行演唱，并把演唱过程录制成影片，再上载至活动专页，就能为罕见疾病群体贡献善款。
Charitable Singing Competition
15 March 2021 – 31 March 2021
•Contestants are required to sing a song which has the effect of spreading love and hope to the rare disease community.
•The contestants will record their singing in a video and upload the videos to the event page. Each singing video will contribute a donation for the rare disease community.

Essay Writing Competition

•The contestants are required to write an essay to convey their feelings towards PBCUM.

•筹委会将对罕见疾病群体进行探访，以了解罕见疾病群体所面对的困境。
•筹委会将对罕见疾病患者进行采访，并把他们的生命故事载入会刊。
Community Visit

•The committee will visit the rare disease institutions to understand their predicaments.
•The committee will carry out an interview with the rare disease patient to collect their stories and publish into the event magazine.

•筹委会将宣布卅五周年庆正式落幕及众筹活动的结束。
•为了提高学会的知名度，会员也将于闭幕典礼上呈现表演。
